Homologated Vehicle Headlight Lenses 

We have a number of suppliers and manufacturing contacts available, and are able supply the following products & services;

• Replacement OEM headlight lenses
• Replacement aftermarket headlight lenses 
• Low volume headlight lenses (3D scanned and low volume prototype quality replacements through 3D printing) 
• High volume headlight lenses (3D scanned and high volume OEM quality replacements through vacuum casting)

Bespoke Vehicle Headlight Lenses

With any custom built vehicles, we're able to provide an end to end service to assist with all aspect of headlight manufacturing, repair, and modifications to suit specific requirements. 

On Site Racetrack/Pit Support 

We can support your company/team on site, either track side or within the pit with a minimum of a 2 man crew. Perfect to supplement your existing motorsport technical team with a wealth of headlight and lighting specific knowledge. 

New Headlight Internal Parts Manufacturing/Replication

Using our in house technical skillset and equipment, we can custom CAD design or 3D scan any internal parts of the headlight that you need replicating at a fraction of the price. From custom bracket solutions, to replacement PCB DRL boards - if it involves headlights, we can do it.
